Yep Casino does not collect, transmit, or share any personal information.
Yep Casino is an offline colour-palette studio for mixing palettes from a base colour, refining them swatch by swatch, and keeping them in a searchable library. The pages that follow describe, in plain language, what the app does and does not do with the things you type into it.
None. Yep Casino has no account system, no sign-in, no registration and no contact form. It never asks for your name, email address, phone number, location or any other identifier, and it has no way to receive one. Nothing you type into the app — a palette name, a collection, a note — ever leaves your phone.
For the app to work, the following is kept in the operating system's local storage, on your phone, and nowhere else:
None of it is uploaded. Uninstalling the app removes every byte.
Yep Casino requests no runtime permissions. It does not ask for the camera, microphone, location, contacts, photos, storage or notifications, and it will never prompt you for one. The Android manifest declares only the standard INTERNET permission that ships with every Flutter application; Yep Casino makes no use of it.
The app is fully offline. It contains no HTTP client, no analytics endpoint, no crash reporter and no remote configuration, so it opens no network connections of its own — it works identically in airplane mode. The one time content leaves the app is when you tap Share on a palette: Android or iOS then hands the palette text to whichever app you pick, and that app’s own privacy policy takes over from there.
No third-party SDKs are integrated. There is no Firebase, no Google Analytics, no Crashlytics, no advertising network, no attribution or A/B-testing library, and no in-app purchase or billing library. The app’s dependencies are user-interface and local-storage packages only: Hive for on-device storage, Provider for state, fl_chart for the Record screen charts, and share_plus for the system share sheet.
Yep Casino is suitable for all ages. Because it collects no data whatsoever, it collects nothing from children either, and so has no obligations that arise under COPPA, the UK Age Appropriate Design Code or Article 8 of the GDPR. There are no advertisements, no purchases, no external links, no chat and no user-to-user content of any kind.
Because everything stays on your device, you are always in full control. You can delete any individual palette from the library at any time, and uninstalling Yep Casino removes every palette, note, preference and counter along with it — there is no server-side copy to request, export, correct or erase. If you would like a copy of your palettes before uninstalling, use the Share action to send them to yourself as plain text.
If anything in this policy changes, the date at the top of the page will be revised, and material changes will appear in the app's release notes.
